Risk Analytics Job Role & Responsibilities: - Develop robust Scenario-based Loss forecasting models incorporating multiple internal / external dimensions. - Analyze industry data including macroeconomic trends and develop suitable performance benchmarking metrics. - Develop/Refine and monitor Early Warning Indicators affecting the business and contribute extensively to early detection of potential issues and suggest mitigates wherever appropriate. - Evaluate and optimize existing credit assessment rules including revalidation of existing norms and thresholds. - Risk Based Segmentation of customers/geography and ability to attribute customer/geography risk scores including maximum potential indebtedness limit for a customer. - Support the Business to drive customer management strategies: usage, retention, and cross-sell as desired. Qualifications & Skills: - At least 5 years of experience working in a Banking industry preferably in roles contributing to Risk assessment. - Masters in Statistics / MBA is preferred - Hands on experience on any of the visualization tool ; Power BI, Tableau etc. - Good understanding of Risk management process and various types of risks facing the industry - Strong data interpretation skills, ability to work with complex unstructured data to determine meaningful insights. - Excellent presentation skills and ability to present ideas and insights effectively in a succinct manner
