Position Summary : &nbsp; Product Manager- MSME will be responsible for developing MSME products and managing its end-to-end deployment in coordination with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : Product Development : - Conceptualize and Design loan products for the MSME segment (especially focused on micro and small enterprises) in urban, semi-urban and rural areas - Develop product-specific processes in coordination with the sales team - Specify requirements for IT system customizations for products - Cross-functional collaboration &nbsp;- Liaising with multiple stakeholders across different teams - internal (policy, operations, risk, compliance, training, marketing, etc) &amp; external (vendors &amp; partners) to drive and implement product development and changes. Documentation : - Draft product note, BRDs, and flowcharts, maintain product-specific documentation, clear product definitions, customer eligibility, customer sourcing strategy, appraisal process and parameters, credit underwriting defining business rule engines in detail, complete adherence to KYC compliances set by regulatory bodies, Training : - Coordinate with training team to develop training modules, conduct staff training, for pilot test and roll out the product in coordination with Operation &amp; IT Team Monitoring &amp; Reporting : - Monitor portfolio quality, develop staff incentive schemes to achieve targets - Conduct market research to identify customer segments, product attributes, market trends, competition analysis. - Prepare product-specific MIS on an ad hoc basis. Others : - Develop, manage vendor relationships, supervise inventory management with the admin team - Drive 100% process compliance for all products
