POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for developing mortgage product for Affordable Housing segment and/or MSME product along with managing its end-to-end deployment in coordination with multiple stakeholders. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product Development: - Conceptualize and Design Mortgage products for Affordable Housing and/or MSME (especially focused on micro and small enterprises) segments in urban, semi urban and rural areas - Develop product specific processes in coordination with sales team - Specify requirements for IT system customization for products - Cross-functional collaboration - Liaising with multiple stakeholders across different teams internal (policy, operations, risk, compliance, training, marketing etc) & external (vendors &amp; partners) to drive and implement product development and changes. Documentation: - Draft product note, BRDs and flowcharts, maintain product specific documentation, clear product definitions, customer eligibility, customer sourcing strategy, appraisal process and parameters, credit underwriting defining business rule engines in details, complete adherence to KYC compliances set by regulatory bodies, Training - Coordinate with training team to develop training modules, conduct staff training, for pilot test and roll out product in coordination with Operation &amp; IT Team Monitoring &amp; Reporting: - Monitor portfolio quality, develop staff incentive schemes to achieve targets - Conduct market research to identify customer segments, product attributes, market trends, competition analysis. - Prepare product specific MIS on ad hoc basis. Others: - Develop, manage vendor relationship, supervise inventory management with admin team - Drive 100% process compliance for all products Experience: 4+ years of experience in product development preferably in Affordable Housing and/or MSME segment in NBFCs, HFCs and Banks.
