Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the organization's long-term vision and strategic goals. 5. Customer-Centric Approach: Advocate for a customer-centric approach in product design and development, incorporating feedback and insights from clients and field staff. 6. Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for market expansion and assess the feasibility of launching microfinance products in new regions or demographics. 7. Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors' product offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to ensure our products remain competitive. 8.
