POSITION SUMMARY: This role requires a specialist in Digital Lending Technology with hands on expertise in Architecting & Delivering digital transformation projects. He should be architecting and helping to build the related technologies KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Specialist in Digital Lending technology with hands on expertise in Architecting & Delivering digital transformation projects - Work closely with vendors, build relationships, oversee deliverables, and exceed expectations and Implement best in class delivery process and work closely with audit and compliance teams. - Architect and lead building of technology platforms aiding the lending processes. Build teams, lending products along with setting the engineering culture & best practices - Hands-on development experience to work with cross functional teams. Noble revamping of existing and introduction of new apps & systems (like salesforce, , etc.) - Adept in spearheading and delivering Digital enablement projects on API gateway deployment, transformation of monolith applications using microservices and server less architectural frameworks - Great communication and interpersonal skills to engage with CXOs, vendors and teams - Ability to work in a fast-paced growing Qualifications and Skills - 15-20 years of experience in fin-tech with strong understanding of lending domain; experience on emerging technologies and the likes of such lending applications is required - Must be B.Tech /B.E/B.Sc in Computers - Experience of building from scratch. Should have built teams, applications, products and made them scalable - Passionate to drive initiatives, proactive and deliver results - Ability to architect and manage the critical platforms enabling business processes - Solid understanding of software engineering and code architecture fundamentals, with ability to review full-stack web application code using modern frameworks and quickly learn unfamiliar technologies
