Role & Responsibilities : Develop and execute Brand communication plan : The resource will align all Internal & External messaging in sync with the parent brand IndusInd, establish brand proposition in the minds of stakeholders by driving visibility for BFIL at all touch points e.g. HO, Branches, Retail POS, Website, Social media, Intranet, product & business collaterals, digital assets, Service points etc. Work cross-functionally across teams : As a part of Marketing & communication team, the resource will work in close partnership with Zones, Business heads, Human Resources, Admin, IT, and Indus Ind Marketing to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery. Product & Business Communication : Plan & Co-create customer and Sales communication for business teams e.g., Contest name & Logo design, ppts, launch mailers, sustenance creatives, leader board etc. Support internal and executive communications by providing presentation design, Corporate Video, Jingle creations, Theme videos & Creatives, Product launches, Contest announcements, Product videos, contest VLOGS, Festival Videos to drive Brand 7 product messages etc. Social Media marketing, SEO & website management : Conceptualize and drive social media to acquire new subscribers / followers. Create content, Posts to engage with the audience and drive views for the brand on official handles e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instgram, Twitter. Experience & Skills : - Min. 6 years of experience with MBA in Advertising / Marketing- from reputed institution like MICA/Tier-1 colleges. - Deep understanding of Brand & Marketing communication, expertise on social media marketing techniques, understand deeply what works on LinkedIn, FB, Insta, Twitter etc. - Conceptualize Social media strategy and execute as per the calendar. - Min 6 Yrs of experience in mid-size to large creative and media agency handling. - Creative design thinking & production, Copy-writing skills will be an added advantage. - Ability to lead & manage multiple stakeholders and all Brand communication channels in one go. - Multitasker and eye for detailing is must.
