Bhanzu - Associate Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the refund process, including verifying refund requests, ensuring compliance with refund policies and regulations, and processing refund transactions accurately and timely.

2. Monitor refund liabilities and reconcile refund accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Design, implement, and manage incentive programs aimed at motivating employees, sales teams, or customers to achieve specific goals.

3. Identify and assess risks associated with incentive programs and refund processes, and implement controls to mitigate risks.

4. Participate in audits and reviews to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and processes.

5. Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.

6. Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances

7. Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast Ad-hoc business performance reporting

8. Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments

9. Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports

10. Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives

11. Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis

Requirement:

1. Experience working in a startup and in high volume e-commerce companies

2. Completion of Intermediate Chartered Accountancy (CA)

3. Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment

4. Great interpersonal skills

5. Diligent and analytical preferred

6. Working knowledge of Tally or similar ERPs preferred
