BeWo - Manager/Senior Manager - Media Sales

Bewo provides a comprehensive solution and ecosystem for retail grocers. As a part of this ecosystem a new channel for advertising at the Point of Sale is being created. A customer facing advertising screen is attached at the back of the POS machine. Targeted Advertisements are observed by customers at the store and at the time of billing. These Ad slots holds great potential for the leading brands.

Position Title: Senior Manager- Media Sales

BeWo is looking for a Senior Manager-Media Sales to drive the strategic planning and build the sales team for the media vertical. This is an extremely exciting and challenging role where a unique and powerful advertising medium is launched. Reaching out to FMCGs and other brands, crafting the scale-up strategy, designing context based advertising will all be a part of a day's work!

- MBA Graduates preferred

Job Description

- Active team player to the Media Sales team. Identifying potential clients and execute sales plans for ad-campaigns

- Build Partnerships with Media agencies, clients, regional partners and help them get brands on board to advertise via this exciting new medium

- Well Networked and connected with the Media Agencies and brands

- Working with tech team to improvise the context based ad campaign through customer feedback and research

- Proficient in sales pitch and closing deals

- Active participation in the complete sales cycle of the Ad campaign from selling to maintain relationship with clients

Skill set

- Proficient in the field of media ad selling space

- Displays superior commitment, maturity and creativity in dealing with the Ad sales clients

- Knowledge of the principals of marketing

- Strong communication & client interaction skills

- Excellent written & spoken English.

Experience:

- 4+ Years of work experience including experience with a leading media agency in India
