Bewakoof is a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce platform that specializes in delivering fashion-forward clothing and lifestyle products directly to consumers. We are seeking a Senior Manager - Retail Operations to lead and drive our operations team, ensuring efficiency and excellence in all facets of our D2C operations. Bewakoof Brands is now a subsidiary of Aditya Brila Fashion & Retail Limited's D2C wing, TMRW.

Position Overview:

As the Sr.Manager of Retail Operations at Bewakoof, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our offline retail stores in the region to ensure seamless processes and the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations and contributing to the growth of our offline store business - both from setting it up and driving the P&L of the same in the region. You will be responsible for setting up, leading and managing the retail store operations which could include setting up process and coordination with the Pan India logistics, warehousing, marketing and customer experience departments.

You will also manage the LFR, EBO and vendor relationships to enable success of the same.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and review the development of Retail EBO/LFR strategy in alignment with business vision for EBOs/LFR.

- Drive retail business development / revenue growth, store operations, customer experience, operational cost optimization and inventory management for the EBO channel.

- Ensure adherence to quality and timeliness with respect to New Store Openings

- Develop standards for customer service excellence for all stores including customer NPS and Omni experience.

- Ensure standards and guidelines issued by the marketing team on all aspects of Visual Merchandising is adhered by the stores

- Oversee the analysis of customer feedback and ensure implementation of corrective measures for all customer pain points

- Prepare SOPs, procedures & guidelines for conducting store audits and ensure its effective implementation

- Assist in setting standards for different types of store audits with an aim to enhance the experience being offered to customer

- Manage store displays and ensure stock inventory levels are managed effectively to maximize sales and are in line with our retail & sales strategy

- Generate reports on store sales figures, according to the requirements of senior leadership

- Responsible for regular review of stock deposits and report credit limits for all stores.

- Plan staff budgeting & manpower management for EBO Store

- Ensure seamless timely staff hiring, onboarding and training.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree & MBA in business, operations management, or a related field.

- 8+ years of relevant operations and supply chain management experience.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up and running the offline stores and its related operations

- Proven track record of leadership in optimizing operational processes.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.

- Should have successfully demonstrated stakeholder management traits (vendors, internal teams and external agencies)

- Good customer orientation to be able to advice trends, enable foot fall and design & drive success metrics for the organization
