Job Responsibilities (But not limited to:) Compliance Management : - Collaborating with Business / Operations Team in maintaining and ensuring 100% compliance as per company policy in the Warehouse location by ensuring timely closure and action planning - Ensuring adherence to various local laws and organizational systems &amp; processes: Handling the obligatory compliances under various provisions of statutory laws (Submission of various returns with the help of central HR team, coordination with legal authorities under Labor Laws like PF, ESIC, Factories/ Establishment, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labor &amp; Workman Compensation) - Designing and implementing benefits, compliance-related policies and working with the management to ensure its alignment with business need Employee Grievance Management : - Handling Employee Grievances, Conducting Domestic Enquiry and disciplinary proceedings and ensuring expeditious closure as per business requirement - Working with Business / Operations Team and all other stakeholders to address all types of employee relations issues and ensuring a balance in representing all parties' interests - Supporting HR team to resolve human resource problems, interpret HR policies and procedures and recommends effective courses of action - Managing large group concerns and avoid a disruptive unionized atmosphere Effective Communication : - Handling day to day employee queries and providing prompt resolutions - To be a single point of contact for any communication that must be sent from the management to all employees - Providing ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures - Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention Smooth Payrolling and Attendance Processing : - Managing New Joiners joining formalities and employee orientation process - Maintaining proper and updated tracker of Employee Database, Attendance, Leaves and Payroll input data and sharing timely and accurate inputs to the HR Team - Ensuring that Biometric Attendance &amp; Reports are aligned to physical/manual attendance and removing any discrepancies/misalignments to ensure error-free payroll processing - Ensuring 100% submission of joining kits to the HR Team and opening of Bank Accounts for New Joiners within the specified timeframe - Ensuring correct employee-manager mapping and timely, meaningful and objective goal setting/upload process in HRIS while ensuring 100% coverage of employees from all warehouse locations - Ensuring successful completion of the onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timelines Miscellaneous : - Coordinating with and assisting reporting managers for Mid-Year/ Annual Performance Reviews and Documentation as per framework and timelines - Lead a team of HR professionals - Continually develop and engage front-line managers/supervisors to improve people skills - Ensuring smooth employee exit process and completion of Full and Final Settlement in accordance with the Statutory Laws - Lead HR Automation initiatives and building HR tools to enhance process efficiencies
