Job Description:  - Product lead: Leads and delivers world-class innovation in features, usability and product performance across the platforms (Website and Android/iOS apps)  - Product strategy: Assesses the needs of consumers, market trends, competitive opportunities and threats in defining and evolving the product strategy. Works with Engineers, Designers, Analysts and Marketing teams, handling business problems and breaking them down into requirements which will drive product development and deliver business results  - Roadmap Planning: Ensures consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch. Prioritizing product development initiatives to ensure maximum ROI, and market-driven alignment.  - Product Release: Manage a process for prioritizing, delivering and launching major product releases. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus. You will also lead and coordinate the service launch across all organizations.  - Documentation and PRDs: Produce high quality MRDs and PRDs and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time and on budget.  Requirements:  - An inclination for numbers and a keen eye for business metrics  - Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment.  - Willingness to take initiative, and the sheer ability to hustle and get things done  - Proficient with using web development tools.  - A self-starter, a team player and driven  Experience:  - 2-4 years of product management experience  - Minimum 1 year of software development experience  - Ecommerce experience is desirable
