Job Profile :   - Commercial negotiations with logistics and 3PL network to support the deliveries  - Streamline and standardize the vendor on-boarding process  - Monitor and manage the transportation network  - Reduce the transit time and contribute to the overall TAT reduction  - Continuously reduce cost and improve vehicle utilization.  - Manage all 3PL engagements, KPIs and grievance  - Managing the deliveries and returns from 3PL  - Reducing the transit loss across the 3PL  - Reconciliation of COD from 3PL vendors for the last mile  - Implement, document and Improve processes on information flow, vendor on-boarding, escalation handing and other logistics related activities.  Desired Skills  - Experience in Operations/logistics   - Experience in e-commerce would be plus point  - Excellent communication skills  - Problem solving and handling stressful and complicated situations  - Team management and engagement skills   Salary Range: 7-10 LPA
