The company has a revenue run-rate of 250crs, growing more than 100% Y-O-Y, and has managed to be the sole profitable player in the online shopping space in India. Job brief:

We are looking for a Head of Operations to oversee daily activities across functions such as plant, supply chain management, and customer experience. This role's responsibilities include designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions to enable scale and speed. You should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business. If you're also committed to productivity and compliance, we'd like to meet you.

Ultimately, you'll ensure our operations run smoothly and that people are productive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team to enable on-ground productivity and speed.

- Review the supply chain management and develop a quick commerce strategy for the organization.

- Design policies that align with the overall strategy of the business.

- Implement efficient processes and standards both on production, safety and six sigma processes in the plant.

- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention and delight.

- Ensure compliance with local (e.g. data protection, key process protection, plant compliances on safety standards)

- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions for the inside out operations scale and stock/inventory management.

- Manage contracts and relations with vendors, partners and other stakeholders

- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits

- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement

- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

Must Haves:

- Proven experience in leadership roles

- Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT

- Experience with implementing IT systems

- High customer orientation and need to keep the c-sat high.

- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting

- Good with numbers and financial planning

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
