1. Employee Database, HRIS and employee related data activities: The individual in this role will be responsible for managing employee life cycle activities for all employees in Bewakoof at PAN India level. These activities are: - Maintaining and reviewing accurate, error free database with all new joinees/resignees updations along with other updates and changes as per transfers/promotion etc in the excel format. - On time &amp; error free processing of letters, completion of pre and post joining formalities along with proper on time documentation of files. - Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties, including employment processing, compensation, payroll, health and welfare benefits, Leaves and employee relations management. - Prepare HR MIS and reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends using Excel tools like V-Lookup &amp; H-Lookup. - Assist with new hire onboarding. - Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems - Ensure all HR Compliance like PF, ESIS, Insurance, Bonus etc are accurately completed on time. - Protect organization's value by keeping all compensation information confidential. 2. Payroll &amp; Exit Management- For both on rolls and TPE (Blue Collar): - Producing &amp; providing error free &amp; timely data every month for payroll input. - Co-ordination with relevant stakeholders for data gathering &amp; ensuring on time collection of validated payroll input (attendance, deductions, etc) for capturing them in the inputs. - Execution of full &amp; final settlement for resigned employees on time and with 100% Accuracy. - Co-ordination with the Finance team &amp; bank for on time &amp; accurate payout to the employee (monthly). 3. Letter Generation: - On time and accurate generation of PIP letters, Termination letters, relieving letters, transfer letter, etc and other ad hoc letters related to employees. 4. MIS Reports: - Providing error free and accurate reports (head count reports etc.). - Executing the Mediclaim cycle on time. - Maintaining the leave balances for the employees. - Maintaining monthly organization charts with accurate head count (of the month). 5. HR Automation: - Act as SPOC from HR to liaison with the External Partner (Payroll Tool) and ensure automation of various manual processes in HR. Sharing development needs, complete user testing and going live with enhancements. Sharing communication to be sent to all impacted stakeholders. Reduce processing time with the help of technology. 6. Audits: - Managing HR related audits for all entities with zero issues - Administering the benefits portfolio of the organization - Managing appraisals and annual review cycles. Must-Haves: 1. Graduate/PG with 4 to 7 years experience in the HR Function primarily handling Payroll, HR Compliance and Employee Files. 2. Experience in Maintaining Employee Files, Employment Laws and Payroll. 3. Should have handled payroll for minimum 1000 employees. 4. Good knowledge of employment contracts, employee leaves, Provident Fund, gratuity, Bonus, ESIC, Income Tax and Insurance acts / laws pertaining to employee payroll processing. 5. Extremely well organized and methodical in his/her approach to problem solving and can manage filing / database system. 6. Sound knowledge of ms excel formulae like average, min, max, count, sumproduct, subtotal, replace, substitute, concatenate, vlookup &amp; hlookup.
