Role Summary:

Drive sales and optimize service demand for the brand by ensuring the availability of the right product mix in the respective sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and share the available market opportunity for new and existing categories, markets and brands.

- Understand the Online trends prevailing in the international market and provide inputs for customizing the same to suit the needs of the domestic market.

- Drive the sales, margin, and inventory for the category

- Initiate buying as per OTB and ensure timely delivery and availability of right stocks for respective sales channels

- Address and resolve operational issues within the defined timelines

- Understand and share the customer needs and feedback

Product Strategy & Planning:

- Initiate qualitative option plan with design team at category & attribute level , as per OTB

- Competition mapping to set correct cost targets to sourcing

- Monthly market studies to analyze category trends & ASP benchmarking

- Tracking photoshoot samples & ensuring the cataloging is done as per brand guidelines

- Utilization of OK stock and trend based print plans

- Keeping a close eye on monthly category inwards and planning necessary style

promotions with marketing and respective updates to the Bewakoof on Marketplace

(BOM) team.

Product Performance and Profitability:

- Drive the sales, sell-thru, margin and inventory for the category.

- Manage timely delivery and availability of right stocks as per the plan.

- Bi-weekly bestseller & PBS analysis and tracker update and refill.

- Monitor the ageing of stock with reference to the total stock available as per defined norms.

- Track weekly sales performance and take required actions.

- Monthly & quarterly sell-thru analysis and share learnings with design.

- Perform gap analysis post launch for new products and take required actions.

- Analyse product feedback and implement required actions to address the feedback.

- Analyze returns and take corrective actions, communicating with respective stakeholders.
