What Do We Do?

We are an on-line platform that provides our customers with financial products and services such as personal loans, unsecured loans, instalment loans and credit cards. We connect borrowers with lenders to help them get the best deal possible. We also provide value-added services to our customers such as big-data analytics, credit risk assessment and verification, and automated workflows for loan origination and management.

Role : Product Designer

Location : Gurgaon

As a Product Designer, you'll partner with Product and Engineering teams to create delightful, effortless experiences for our users. You'll shape our products by understanding our users' needs and translating them into intuitive designs, validating them frequently during their path from concept to polished product.

Job Description:

- Own and drive product design vision and set the experience bar for our users.

- Mapping requirements by continuous interaction with the product manager.

- Translate quantitative and qualitative behavioral data and competitive analysis into design solutions.

- Create quick sketches, comprehensive wireframes, rich visuals, and interactive prototypes to deliver finished design deliverables.

- Drive design quality, usability, and accessibility standards.

- Collaborate across teams to improve, maintain and optimize our interaction and visual design systems.

Requirements:

- Has prior relevant experience of 3+ years crafting product experiences for multiple screen sizes & platforms.

- Stronghold of prototyping, Information Architecture, Competitive Analysis, A/B testing.

- Has strong communication skills to make sure all stakeholders (business, product, engineering, support, marketing + growth) are on the same page and have similar expectations of the goals and results.

- Has stronghold on common User research methods, UX patterns, UI Patterns for different platforms.

- Good sense of micro-interactions & animations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of Design/prototyping tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Sketch, Adobe XD is a must.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree.

- Strong creative, design, and communication skills.

- Portfolio of work.

- Experience of working with a Fintech company will be a huge plus.
