We are hiring Senior Manager/Manager Enterprise sales who will be a fundamental part of the Betterplace Enterprise sales team ensuring business growth through new strategic client acquisitions. The role requires building relationship across key identified prospects, managing the sales cycle and achievement of revenue and margin targets. By achieving targets, the person plays a crucial role in Betterplace's mission to be a leading workforce management platform

What we're looking for :

1. 5-10 years of corporate sales experience

2. Working for a high growth start-up/company

3. Preferred industry experience: HRTech, HR solutions, Staffing services

4. Experience in handling senior level client stakeholders

5. Experience in selling solutions/ services/ SaaS

6. Problem-solving and consultative skills

7. Technology orientation

8. Social and Communication skills

9. Fieldwork ethic/discipline

10. Proficient with MS excel/MS-word/ handling commercials

11. Proficiency in using Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools

What you'll do :

Revenue and margin achievement :

1. Ensure execution of local sales strategy to achieve business growth

2. Acquisition of new business through prospecting, effective product demonstrations and commercial negotiations to achieve revenue targets

3. Work towards achieving target through each stage of sales cycle, from lead generation to closure (including first collection)

5. Ensure achievement of gross margin targets

Strategy and Stakeholder Management :

1. Assist in building a go-to market approach for the identified clients by working with internal team members

2. Identify opportunities for scaling revenues from key clients in short/mid-term through vertical/ location expansion

3. Build effective communication channels with client stakeholders to build a long-term relationship

Sales process management :

1. Adhere to sales process, policies and guidelines provided by the company

2. Ensure complete coverage of the customer segment/s through methodical and targeted approaches

3. Ensure adequate pipeline volumes and visibility

4. Update pipeline information in the sales force tracking system and provide reports to managers and other internal teams as required

5. Generate insights through analysing relevant competitor's data, their offerings, and local strategies.
