Job Overview : 

- The primary responsibility of the Sr BDM is to serve as the primary point of contact between a company and its customer base, including providing official communication in both directions. The Sr BDM works for the customer as much as for their employer, and it is their task to ensure the continuation of healthy client relationships by making sure that deals between both parties are fair and to the satisfaction of all.

- They will work with CXO's of the client to build possibilities of multimillion deals and use all resources available to close these deals. This involves a high amount of value-based sales, consultative sales.

- The Sr BDM typically spends much of their time developing and executing strategies to maximize sales by increasing the client's wallet share, and ensuring the addition of new clients to the existing base.

- To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads. Success at this position requires strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively reach out to clients and maintain existing business arrangements. Also important is the ability to manage time effectively, as Sr BDMs are often tasked with meeting quotas representing either sales figures or raw client numbers.

Responsibilities and Duties : 

- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings

- Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.

- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI's.

- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities

- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

- Developing quotes and proposals for clients

- Working closely with internal & external stakeholders to develop new business

- Developing goals for the retail team and business growth and ensuring they are met

- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

Qualifications : 

- MBA

- 4-5 yrs of experience

- Someone who is/a- fluent in communication in English & Hindi, self-Starter, gives attention to details, aggressive on target and deal closure & has had experience in stakeholder management

- Experience in IT Solution sales, Concept sales, Consultative sales or sound Retail Experience

- Street smart, outgoing & curious to learn new things
