What you'll do :
- Internalize and deeply understand the company's mission and strategies, and ensure the mission and objectives of your specific product are aligned with the company's mission.
- Gather insights from across teams within the organization, conduct external market research, understand industry best practices and identify product opportunities based on the business goals
- Transform user problems into validated solutions using technology, data science and analytics, support processes and marketplace policies
- Ruthlessly prioritize, drive stakeholder alignment, proactively manage risks & dependencies
- Work closely with software engineers to ensure the technical solutions are well prioritized and delivered on time
- Drive product launches, partnering with business stakeholders to prepare high quality training plans, branding and marketing materials, and user communication
- Measure impact of initiatives, decide and communicate success or failure, identify key learnings and integrate them in overall user, product & feature understanding
- Conduct usability studies to understand how customers are interacting with the product, continuously develop enhancements to improve existing products and features to drive higher conversion or engagement
