Betterhalf.ai - PR/Partnerships Manager We are looking for a full-time PR/Partnerships Manager who will lead the PR and partnership efforts at the company What is the company about ? We're building world's largest AI based partner prediction engine based on the past data of millions of married couples. This invention unique in its way in partner search industry has potential to offer a useful and valuable product for 500M globally. The company is founded by two MIT, USA alums. We are a U.S based company with the operational center based out of Bangalore, India. We are currently a 20 member team and expected to grow to the size of 100 over the next couple of years. Company funding: Betterhalf.ai has successfully raised $750k and is backed by many MIT/ HBS/ Berkeley/ Wharton Alums. Betterhalf is a high-growth stage company that is expected to do Series A in 12 months. Who we are looking for? - Looking for someone with 3-5 years experience, who is responsible for overseeing communications to the media and press, including preparing articles, press kits, press releases, and other content initiatives. Cultivates and manages relationships with media reps. Responsibilities : - Prepare articles and press releases for the media. - Ensure the company protects and promotes its image in a proper, coordinated, and consistent manner. - Cultivate and enhance collaborative working relationships within the press and publicity community. - Manage the flow of news about the organization to the media. - Act as a media spokesperson on behalf of the company and address questions and complaints. - Develop relationships with national and regional press contacts to ensure the company reputation is promoted and to deflect criticism if any. - Detect public relations issues as they emerge and address them directly. - Work closely with content and marketing team to compose and edit press releases, company literature, and articles for internal and external use. - Create press kits for the company - Helping to shape the overall communications strategy and entering into strategic partnerships with potential brand/corporates Core Skills : - Confident with excellent strategic research, pitch and presentation skills - Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of media houses - Must be target driven with a passion for achieving growth targets - Exceptional time management skill - Highly professional and articulate, with a genuine passion for the organisation - Energetic, outcome focussed and resilient with excellent team management skills Preferred experience: 3-5 years Why you should reach out?
