Move freemium users to paid users; launch new subscription plans to grow revenues 2. Drive pricing strategy and plans to compete with matrimonial and dating players catering to the Indian audience 3. Get product feedback and influence product team for new features with a high potential impact on revenues 4. Launch new incentive plans for current user base of Betterhalf to invite their friends and and drive referral numbers in the product 5. Suggest changes in matching experience for the users to match them with relevant matches and drive quality user conversations 6. Launch marketing campaigns and email, SMS, WhatsApp campaigns to drive revenues 7. Onboard users to complete their profile (email, phone call, WhatsApp, SMS) 8. Activate them to initiate chats with their matches (email, phone call, WhatsApp, SMS) 9. Launch users activation programs in metropolitan cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi through existing users of Betterhalf or standalone programs 10. Set up tools and processes for Customer Success Team to drive revenues. 11.
