A person who can work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders on learning and development initiative. Looking for a self-starter who will be responsible for delivery and success of the function. The position will partner closely with local managers and also work closely with the team in the US. Responsibilities Will Include : - Identifying learning needs in the region by partnering with business leaders, and other stakeholders - Delivery and success of global programs and all other learning initiatives - Facilitate training and events as needed - Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop content, establish good learning principles, and coaching on facilitation and content - Creating content and facilitation of courses in both e-Learning and Instructor-Led formats About You : - Experience in corporate training or talent development role - Experience administering and developing courses for e-Learning - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Stakeholder management - Program and project management skills - Ability to think global, act local
