BetterButter - Chief Revenue Officer & Co-Founder

BetterButter is seeking a Co-Founder to join the team in a Chief Revenue Officer Role:

- Building India's largest recipe platform with a goal to be used in every Indian kitchen

- Managing our current Ad Sales/Brand Partnerships initiative

- Strategising on monetization options, implementing experiments and scaling the best chosen paths

Today, BetterButter is India's leading recipe platform, with over 10 MN monthly page views, 10 MN monthly video views and a highly engaged audience of homemakers across India who regularly visit BetterButter to cook - on our app, website and social media. We've built India's largest repository of dishes from households across India: 100,000+ recipes and cooking videos, and growing. Homemakers across India add over 10,000 recipes every month on BetterButter.

BetterButter already monetizes through ad sales with leading FMCG, food and kitchen brands including MNCs such as Nestle, PepsiCo and ConAgra and leading India brands such as Dabur, Creambell and FunFoods.

Please note:

- We're looking for candidates who come from either a startup background (as founders or business function heads of startups - where you have ideated and executed on big vision projects) or from an FMCG background (managing or marketing an FMCG brand)

- For candidates based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR only

Responsibilities

- Join the BetterButter team as a Co-Founder, with an interest and passion in building out India's largest recipe platform with a goal to be in every Indian kitchen

- Manage our Brand Partnerships division and its team

- Build out a Sales & Business Development team to build a highly scalable business

- Strategise on future monetization options for BetterButter - e.g. events, e-commerce - and execute on the chosen path

- Join the founders in looking at cross-functional strategy and direction of the business - across product, content, growth and revenue generation

A strong mix of soft skills and hard experience are required:

- Excellent communication and problem solving skills

- Experience in working with clients and putting together a variety of branding solutions

- Preferable: Preferably experience in dealing with food/kitchen/F&B brands

- Preferable: Experience in working with content teams including relevant digital and video content

Compensation

- Salary in-line with your current CTC

- Co-Founder level equity (not just a small part of the ESOP)
