Who you are:
- You have at least 3 years of experience preferably in mortgage or lending or financial technology organization's operations department in a team handling role
- Preferably an MBA or a graduate from a reputed university.
- You are comfortable working at night shifts
- You will be the first level supervisor leading a small team, or a single-focused team
- You have broad expertise and skills to contribute to development of company objective
- You should be seen as a mentor / leader across your business units
