We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and resourceful HR Reporting and Analytics person to join our Gurgaon team. In this role you will work as part of the HR Operations Reporting/Analytics team to analyze and discover value through data and information. You will demonstrate a strong ability to gather, analyze, visualize and tell stories with HR data. This position manages the development, creation, and documentation of platform level HR reporting and metrics that provide consistent and clear communication of HR data and trends, including demographics, compensation decisions, talent management and talent recruiting, engagement. What you will do as a HR Reporting & Analytics Sr Specialist: - Build strong understanding of the HR data and quickly translate large data sets into simple, meaningful, and brief insights with strong and impactful visualization. - Provide analysis to Human Resources in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics and support the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process, or programs - Work with various HR function Leads(Teams) and Global data team members to understand/define the service request, identify the data sources, gather structured and/or unstructured data sets and perform analytics utilizing tools such as Workday, Looker, Power BI, Excel etc. to meet the business needs and objective. - Collating and assisting in preparing the monthly HR reports that provides HR insights and analytics and descriptive commentary - Ensuring the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics What the ideal candidate looks like: - Comfortable working with excel (advanced formulas, pivots, slicers, power queries, macros etc.). Experience with other data management & Visualization tools (MS Access/ Powerpoint / Tableau etc.) will be an added advantage - 4 to 6 Years in HR Reporting and Analytics - Experience in handling high volumes of report requests - Capable of presenting outcomes of analytic models and stories in a format easily understood by business - Strong presentation and data visualization skills and proven ability to create well-crafted analytical presentations - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to analyse and interpret data. - Ability to professionally interact with multiple individuals and groups within the organization to foster positive working relationships. - Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
