Responsibilities Will Include: - The person will work along with cross functional teams vis-a-vis marketing, operations, sales, etc. to assess data needs, propose analytical solutions to provide practical, value-added answers to the stake holders. - Recommend analytical techniques appropriate for targeting and segmenting markets, product design, marketing optimization. - Support in analysing and forecasting demand, optimizing unit economics and geographic/territory targeting. - Translate business objectives into data and analytics solutions using appropriate methodologies. - Support and expand the use of market research and modelling tools. - The person in this role will need the ability to communicate effectively with the associates and team leads to assess opportunities and develop analytics solutions About You - Strong SQL, Excel and Data Visualization (Looker/Tableau/PowerBI etc.) - Experience with Python/R - Understanding of statistics - Experience with reporting/data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI etc. - Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in any field from IITs/NITs Only - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong attention to details and confidentiality
