SEM Manager The role : - We are searching for an SEM manager to take ownership of our search engine marketing channels, namely Google Ads. The SEM manager is one of the most important roles in the business, responsible for a 7-figure budget and delivering thousands of leads (at a reasonable cost!) into the top of the funnel. - This role, reporting into the Director of Marketing, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our SEM accounts (e.g., Google Ads, Bing). It is a hands-on role: you will need to roll up your sleeves and make new campaigns and landing pages, adjust bidding strategies, and continually test and improve Trussle's paid marketing performance. Responsibilities : - Deliver on Trussle's SEM lead generation goals on a monthly and annual basis - Manage and execute against Trussle's SEM activity, including strategy, planning, reporting, etc. - Work with the Director of Marketing on plotting the future course of SEM and paid acquisition at Trussle, addressing key questions like whether to work with an agency, or hire juniors into the SEM team - Work with the broader marketing team to deliver impactful omnichannel marketing campaigns with attributable ROI - Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Growth Product Manager to test, learn and improve the CX and conversion rate of SEM visitors through better ads, landing pages and products You will have : - Exceptional experience with Google Ads and paid marketing "tools of the trade" - Exceptional experience of managing SEM budgets - Exceptional experience with analyzing, reporting on and improving channel performance - Strong knowledge of the "technical" side of digital marketing: server-side conversion APIs, attribution models, offline conversion tracking, etc. - Experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or other languages and frameworks - Experience with Looker, Tableau or another other BI tool - Experience of managing a team or agencies is a nice bonus - Knowledge of other paid media channels, such as GDN, LinkedIn, or affiliates, is a nice bonus, not a requirement
