A Better Opportunity:

Better is looking for Analysts to join their team. You will work collaboratively across various functions and other Better teams

Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze conditions/issues raised by Investors on individual loans and effectively resolve them within stipulated time

- Monitor loans in the pipeline on daily basis and get them purchased by investors immediately

- Maintain an effective tempo with investors and create a healthy working relationship

- Review and stay updated with Fannie, Freddie and FHA guidelines and effectively utilize them to clear investor 

conditions

- Go through investor specific guidelines and overlays

- Effective email writing and telephonic conversation skills

- Good with microsoft office and MIS reporting

About You:

- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

- Proficiency in Excel preferred

- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems

- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

- Humility and accountability
