Team Member - Indirect Taxation required at an MNC in Kolkata

Role Purpose:

- Assisting the Head- Indirect Taxation and GST implementation and its changes in a most tax efficient and fully compliant manner.

Key Result Areas:

- Analyzing business transactions and initiatives, partnering with various teams and functioning as an in-house tax advisor

- Developing and evaluating the tax planning opportunities and strategies

- Managing and coordinating GST, audits, including audit preparation, responding to document requests, Litigation support etc.

- Ensure Tax compliance

- To advise the team for the critical issues

- Suggest Tax planning/saving options

- Must have exposure in GST implementation

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

- SAP/ERP exposure is must

- Strong accounting and analytical skills.

- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
