CA (7-10) years with FMCG & Modern Trade experience for Mumbai

Position: Finance Lead

- To be a strategic partner to business ensuring timely and appropriate Pricing decisions, Commercial decisions and driving efficient cost to serve

- To lead a team of 4 and ensure that the sales system complies with all commercial policies laid down by the Organization. Responsible for managing and driving efficient trade spends and ensure financial controls and statutory compliances from commercial standpoint.

Job Description:

- Build Robust business plans for the year with strong revenue building blocks, and realistic assumptions on Pricing and Margin improvement opportunities.

- Drive discussions with supply chain and sales team on key risks and opportunities of revenue forecasts

- Work with Operations team to understand key movement in the commodity market and analyze competition benchmarking to build the right pricing strategy across channels and platforms.

- Drive commercial prudence across Ecommerce, Modern Trade and Traditional Trade channels

- Review actuals vs plans and provide clear insights to the Sales team, operations and leadership on key actions to be on track to hit the year targets on topline and bottom line
