BetaFin Partners - Chartered Accountant - CFO Role - Family Office's Investment NBFC

CA with at least 10-12 years of experience

The role would require the incumbent to have the following areas of functional expertise

a) IndAS, RBI guidelines, Corporate governance norms etc.

b) Finalisation of financial statements and ICFR requirements.

c) Legal prudence, litigation and execution of transaction documents

d) Exposure to Taxation

e) Commercial matters with banks, FIs etc on credit and investment proposals

f) Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC framework)

The communications skills would be string enough to make impactful interactions with the counterparties including commercial banks, fund managers, broking houses, investee companies, investment bankers; lawyers, auditors, vendors and colleagues within the organisation
