The Role
The purpose of this role is collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of the distribution business
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drive Sales and Marketing activities through the Sales team
- Expand dealer network through appointment of new dealers/distributors in under-represented and high potential areas
- Periodic visits to Key customers
- Oversee, approve and monitor monthly Sales plans to be executed by the Sales tea
- Review sales performance of the team each month based on goals and targets set for them and take necessary actions to plug performance gap
- Monitor order execution and dispatch stage to ensure timely deliveries as per Market demand
- Formulate and set guidelines for prioritizing production schedule based on Market Demand
- Evaluate activity levels of dealers of competing brands with a view to convert the better performing ones to own brand
- Monitor and evaluate performance of Distributors in terms of sales, order booking & payments
- Provide support to dealers in their sales and promotion activities through suitable Promotion and Incentive schemes
- Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction through implementation of appropriate systems
- Ensure early resolution of customer complaints arising out of Quality and Commercial issue
- Plan and monitor sales promotion and brand building activities such as in-shop branding, POP materials, SOH, Glow signs, Dealer/Distributors meet, Participation in exhibitions and venue bookings and assess resulting impact on sales
- Provide guidance to Development department on new designs/concepts and changing customer preferences, market and fashion trends, competitor activity
- Recruitment & Training of Team & Planning for their incentives to motivate them
- Ensure down line to work in Disciplinary manner & all should work for 1 Goal

ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA:
- Must have 10-15 years of relevant experience
- Graduation/Post-Graduation from a reputed institute
