Key Focus Areas: - Budgeting and Forecasting - Cash flow Management - Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing compliance - Financial Closure and preparing financial statements - Financial trends basis market trends and competition analysis - Finance and Accounting procedure & policy - Liasoning with Statutory Authorities and Banks Purpose: - Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets - Administer all direct tax processes and compliances, including corporate tax, transfer pricing tax, tax financials related certifications, withholding tax, advance tax and payroll tax work. - Prepare submissions and attend to assessment and appeal hearings before tax authorities. - Work with external service providers in relation to any of the above, as and when necessary - Ensure timely reporting of all monthly Standalone & Consolidated financial statements - Planning and review of monthly and yearly Cash Flow - Chart of accounts & General Ledger review - Analyse financial reports of company, competitors, market trends & benchmark internally - Establish and ensure compliance with policies and procedures of the company and GOI regulations.
