Finance Manager - Asset Management  Company : Well known Fashion Retail Organisation  Designation : Deputy Manager / Manager  Role : Finance Manager - Asset Management  Department : Finance and Accounts  - Compliance of Direct Tax (TDS + Advance Tax) activities  - Preparation of details required for Direct Tax & TP Assessment, GL review and Accounting  - Asset Management from a Finance perspective  - Management Reporting  - Tax Compliance  - GL review  - Work with the Seniors and audit staff to ensure a clean and timely year end audit.   - Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.   - Support Seniors with special projects and workflow process improvements.   Education :  Basic Qualification : B.Com / M.Com  Qualification must : CA / ICWA / CWA  Technical Skills and Prior Experience :  - 5 - 7 years prior experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area.   - Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast pace setting. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.   - Experience with SAP / ERP mandatory. SAP FICO module will be preferred.   - Strong verbal and written communication skills.  - Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills.  - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
