Job description :
- We are looking for a young, creative, out-of-the-box thinker and a natural leader to head our sales team.
- Someone with experience to work in a start up environment and who has helped scaled the venture, understands B2C marketing is what we are looking at an essential requirement for this position apart below:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the BeSingular tribe.
- Create high engagement and establish connect and with the customers
- Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team
- Set goals and measure/audit performance of each team member including managing tele sales teams
- Owning and hitting/exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads.
Skills :
- Proven working experience in an EDTECH domain including strategising, monitoring and deploying digital marketing techniques will be an added advantage.
- Extensive Sales Leadership Experience leading B2C Sales efforts, Consumer marketing, ability to focus on input (deep analytics to forecast leads, calls, follow-ups, training) as well as output metrics (conversions).
- Maturity to plan and aggressively growth approach to scale the venture.
- Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" Skill Set with strong sense of ownership for work.
Other Skills :
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Creating and maintaining client relationships in B2B2C space
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
