Principal Consultant & Product Management Leader

We allow customers to leverage our software and hardware to generate customized applications, delivered within the nerves of where they are located.

The larger vision for us at Bert Labs is to build technology product company from India, and make it a global market leader, in the process institutionalize the company.

Role:

- You will be responsible for Bert Labs Digital Transformation Consulting towards its clients in its industry verticals of focus. You will understand the needs of industry verticals of Company's focus, understand needs of client organizations in these verticals, understand how use cases and problem statements of Company's focus is being solved currently in these verticals and in client organizations within these verticals. And work with the CEO and the CGO to put together proposals for presentations to the top/senior leadership within client organizations.

- You'll work with the CEO, Bert Product Management Leaders, and the Technology Groups to build Product and Pricing Roadmap on Bert Platform Solution, Bert Maximus, Bert Qrious, Bert Nova, Bert Optimus for verticals and clients. You will own, drive, and build outstanding customer experience through the product lifecycle; think strategically and creatively to gain product and customer feedback; drive market research, competitive analysis, and business metrics to advise direction. You will supervise customer, partner, sales, delivery feedback and key metrics to continuously improve product features and performance.

- You will also be responsible for closing clients deals on the first Project and the rapid Scale-up, leading to company achieving profitable Revenue Target of US$ 1Billion by 2026-27 & beyond to build the Company into one of largest global technology conglomerates.

- You as part of Bert Product Management focused group will be responsible for researching, identifying, and productizing Bert Platform Solution, Bert Maximus, Bert Qrious, Bert Nova and Bert Optimus for new use cases, complex problem statements and industry verticals. Being integral to core product management at Bert Labs, you will focus on building the Team further, leading your peer group in Bert Platform Solution Teams, in accordance with Company's core values of 1. Required Qualifications:

- Experience 8-15 years (minimum 8 years' experience)

- MBA and Engineering from Premium Institution/University India, U.S., Europe, UK, Singapore

- Business/Product/Pricing (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) Strategy, Consulting & Execution experience

- Sales & Business Development Strategy, Planning & Execution (At Bert Labs there is very heavy component of Bert GTM Hunting)

- Compulsorily need mix of Consulting (from McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Top 4 Firms) and Product Management (from top global Product |Platform companies) experience

- Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features and technical designs

- Mastery of technical concepts and system-design, ability to participate in technical discussions and help make technical trade-offs.

- Cultivate an executive presence and bring a strong mix of product management, project management, and customer experience specific acumen coupled with strategic vision and perfect execution.

- Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand customers & the ability to explore and structure customers' requirements.

- Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various sized customer stakeholder groups.

- Ambitious drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
