Job Title : Sr.Manager / AVP – Market Research

Job Location : Chennai , Tamil Nadu , India

Job Task :

- Manage and lead one of the Market Intelligence business unit (Bio Tech /Pharma / oil & gas/ Chemicals/ Professional Services Industries for the organization.

- Direct or coordinate the respective Market Intelligence Business Unit and Involve in budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, increase efficiency.

- Confer with Executive members, organization officials, or staff members to discuss issues, coordinate activities, or resolve problems.

- Analyze operations to evaluate performance of their Market Intelligence Team in meeting objectives and to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, policy change.

- Direct, plan, implement policies, objectives, and to ensure continuous business operations, to maximize returns on investments, and to increase productivity.

- Review reports submitted by Team Lead/Research Managers to recommend approval or to suggest changes.

- Direct human resources activities, including the approval of human resource plans or activities in Recruitments,Training etc.,

Job Requirement :

- Good experience in Procurement ,Global Sourcing, SCM and related functions (Bio Tech /Pharma / oil & gas/ Chemicals/ Professional Services Industries)

- Understands Market Research Processes

- Should have got very good exposure in handling or dealt with Fortune 500 companies across different geographies

- Good knowledge in

- Administration and Management

- Economics and Accounting

- Sales and Marketing

- Personnel and Human Resources.

Education requirement :
