Job Title: Manager, Digital Marketing

Reporting To: VP, Marketing

Location: Chennai, India

Job Objective:

Create, manage and run digital marketing function for Beroe

Duties and Accountabilities: Independent charge of business marketing function. Currently this is an individual contributor role growing into a team manager as results come in

- Create the digital strategy for Beroe: Aim is to ensure Beroe has the highest share of mind of the procurement universe digitally

1. Social Media strategy

2. Social/Search Marketing strategy

3. Technology marketing strategy

- Social Media strategy: define the platforms to be leveraged, the content strategy for each with timelines and budgets required. Evangelize and support employees to leverage thought leadership online for brand Beroe

- Social/Search Marketing plan: lay out the content based plan to acquire, retain and engage prospects, clients, partners and suppliers via effective SEO, SEM, Facebook and linkedin advertising

- Technology marketing strategy:

1. Own the Beroe website and presence on social media platforms

2. Create and manage the sales platform

3. Develop and run a social platform that allows Beroe’s analysts to engage with clients, suppliers and partners

Working Relationships:

Supervisor: VP Marketing

Education, desirable qualification and educational establishment, additional education:

- Essential : MBA / PGDM with Marketing specialization

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Desirable Work Experience :

- Essential:

- Minimum 3-8 years in a digital marketing role with at least 2 years in B2B digital marketing a must.

- Hand on experience in running digital programs, platforms and campaigns (not supervised an agency)

Personal characteristics:

- Creative

- Good Analytical skills

- Self-motivated, able to take charge independently

- Quick learner
