The role is based at Bennett University campus near Greater Noida. Therefore candidates living in Noida/ Greater Noida/ South Delhi or willing to move to these places preferred. The tasks required to be performed /abilities/experience required are : - MBA with specialization in Marketing from category A/A+ institution, ideally with a B.Tech./ BCA for undergraduate degree. - Experience of 5 - 8 years in Marketing with a reputed organization with depth experience in Digital Marketing. - Hands on experience of Performance marketing, Search Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Lead generation, Lead nurturing, and Conversion in a performance-driven environment. - Experience in leading automation and integration of marketing processes with ERP, CRM, Chatbots, Dialers, Hubspot, etc. - Experience of managing digital marketing processes and working with creative and marketing agencies including contact centre to drive conversions. - Ability to read numbers and data - communicate through various trackers and metrics, ability to develop and monitor dashboards, reports, key reporting tools and point out key areas of development. - Experience of working with creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, campaign planning and management both offline and digital, budgeting; Keen knowledge of social media and various tools and engagement forums. Monitor campaign's effectiveness in real time and correct course. - Generate marketing brochures and other communication material. Thorough eye for detail to create impeccable and creative literature. - Manage conversations about the University on social media/blogs/bulletin boards. Address queries with maturity and responsibility in real time. Good verbal and written communication skills - ability to write well in English. - Good sense of aesthetics and communication. - Excellent MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills (average skills may not be enough. So, evaluate yourself properly) - Ability to think independently, process centric approach, ability to work in cross-functional team environment, good organizing ability; Attention to detail, energy and enthusiasm
