Job Description :
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define and understand agency, campaign, and marketing channel goals and KPIs, as well as reporting requirements, to properly capture the corresponding data.
- Creating and updating tracking tags as needed for campaigns.
- Leveraging marketing analytics tools to develop reports and provide insights and recommendations for program improvements.
- Supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
- Create a bespoke tracking code and data layer for complex implementations.
- Evangelize best-practice approaches for the implementation of Google Analytics and Google Tag Management (GTM).
- Create comprehensive reporting, insights, and recommendations across websites, campaigns.
Requirements :
- 4+ years of working with the Google suite: Google Analytics Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Google Data Studio.
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate tests utilizing web optimization tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
- Exposure to web diagnostic tools like Facebook Pixel Helper, GTMetrics, etc
- Tracking pixel integration, events tracking, and pixel troubleshooting for Facebook, and other affiliates.
- Practical experience in advanced marketing analytics methodologies (such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research) is a plus.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery with an understanding of website architecture and navigation is a plus.
- Google certified.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
