Designation : Sr. Bid Manager

Required Skills :

- E-Tendering and are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with good English communication, Prior experience in E-Tendering and E-Gem in Government Department

Overall Exp : Minimum 5-6 years experience in tender preparation and submission activity in Govt./PSU/Pvt Sector Industry.

Job Description :

- The Candidates for the post of Sr. Manager (Tenders & Planning) with a minimum of 10 years experience in E-Tendering and are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with good English communication

- Prior experience in E-Tendering and E-Gem in Government Department.

The candidate is required to handle multiple activities at a time, including but not limited to the following :

a) Searching of Tenders through Online and Offline Government Sector, PSU etc.

b) Submission of the Tender documents as per the requirement of the tender.

c) Tendering, Estimation, Costing & documentation.

d) Analysing the BOQ and understanding the Technical Tenders specifications.

e) Tenders review and prepare documents etc.

f) To maintain a record of all Tenders / Bids till their final outcome.

g) Contract management Analysis of Previous Bids, Competitor Analysis, Market intelligence.

h) Keep track of EMD's/SDs/BGs submitted & follow up for its release.

i) Preparation of technical and commercial documentation.

j) Review tender documents assessing scope, risks involved, tender complexity etc and provide feedback to the responsible Manager.

k) Provide technical support to personnel preparing estimates for assigned bids and ensures all working documents and data are maintained to back-up estimate figures.

l) To act in compliance with Company's value and quality policy

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should have a good understanding of govt portals (GEM).

- Deadline Oriented

- Having a sense of responsibility and motivation to succeed and close orders.

- Good knowledge on excel.

- Good Communication Skills

- Should be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any field from a reputed institution. Graduate or masters degree in management / Mass Communication will be preferred
