Position Objective :


- We are presently looking at a resource who has worked in similar industry and can bring in business from his/her experience, he/she has to build client base to extract business and increase in revenue from training (majorly IT) sales from these clients , job would be target based and candidate will be given time to build business from his connects


Roles and Responsibilities:


- He/she would be responsible for building business, getting leads and serving them in best possible way, his leads will be served by outsourcing the services.


- While he adds clients in the company fold as an empanelled organisation he will get all support in documentation required to do so.


- He will have to nurture a client and extract as much he can to achieve his target.


- His role though will be confined to get IT training leads which will be major part of the business but he can manage all training/development or manpower needs of the client as to be a KAM


Mandatory Skills:


- He/She should be an aggressive sales person with excellent relationship building skills, his experience in IT training industry should be sufficient to understand the need to customers and serve them best.


While doing sales his additional job would be getting OEM in organisation fold and also to look for vendors who can deliver the technology need
