Job Description:

- The role of the SalesForce Business Analyst is to lead a team and to gather business requirements, business process analysis and sign of e-Business features and functionality for a portfolio of various businesses.

- The Business Analyst will be responsible for the management of complex multi-disciplined CRM consulting projects.

- Lead junior consultants andstaff through engagements, support the development of subject matter expertise, thought leadership, and strategic capability by delivering a wide range of solutions, training, adoption support, query handling.

- Performing end-to-end cross-discipline leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. Accountable for on-time, high-quality software project deliveries, including Analysis, Design, Development, and Quality Assurance working with other teams and colleagues that support these functions.

- This role is responsible for the management and development of salesforce, to ensure full utilisation and tailoring of the platform to match and support business objectives, using agile techniques and strategies. This role will review and analyse business processes, services and information needs with a view to implementing change management initiatives to improve the user experience and increase productivity.

What You Will Do:

- Consult with business stakeholders on new solutions and assist in implementation of these solutions on the SalesForce platform

- Consult with users to optimize their business processes and lead the CRM group meetings to drive business priorities

- Accept requirements from multiple stakeholders and prioritize product backlogs and analyze them for impacts to the systems

- Provide support to ensure normal system operation troubleshooting production issues and problems

- Proactively monitor system operations, recommend improvements, and manage user acceptance test planning for execution of critical CRM projects

- Make recommendations on improvements to the user experience and increase system adoption

- Review the content of each new release and its impact on business processes and report back weekly on with status updates to the Executive team

- Partner with functional experts from across the business to build requirements/user stories

- Clearly communicate release and functionality status, issues, risks, plans

Requirements and skills :

- The Business Analyst Lead must have experience in implementation tasks

- The Business Systems Analyst Lead must have a minimum 3 - 4 years experience working on a Salesforce platform; with 5 - 6 years of total experience

- Must have Salesforce experience, including demonstrated proficiency in custom fields/objects, workflow and validation rules, email templates, formulas, and dashboards/ reporting

- Salesforce certification(s) are highly desirable

- Sales Cloud + Lightning experience must, Marketing Cloud highly desirable, Service Cloud preferred
