Benefits Manager - Bank

We are looking for a candidate for the role of a Benefits Manager with the captive unit of an MNC Bank. The role is open in Gurgaon and Hyderabad.

Responsibilities of the Role: A person in this role -

1. Will be responsible for analyzing benefits utilization as and when required.

2. Will be responsible for managing the renewal cycle for insurance benefits.

3. Will be required to propose and execute benefits, policies, employee handbooks and guidelines.

4. Will lead employee wellness activities from concept till delivery

5. Individual will be involved in some of the key compensation & benefits projects along with BAU responsibilities.

6. Liasion with the Strategic Partners, Vendors and regional C&B members.

Role requirement :

1. Minimum qualification - Post Graduation in HR, with excellent communication, navigation and consulting abilities.

2. Should have strong HR experience of at least 8-10 years

3. Must have experience in working in C&B function
