About the Role:

- Targets & metric driven role with no room for subjectivity and outcomes as only success criterion.

- Self-driven, result oriented leader with consultative approach with ability to hunt large deals solo.

- Ability to develop and execute a GTM plan for the region with a focus / named account strategy

- Build, nurture & drive a high performing sales team to beat quota MoM (not yearly, not quarterly)

- Active sales hunter well adept with the sales process

- Ability to build a named / focus account list and execute systematically using CRM tools

- Ability to qualify deals and allocate time accordingly to ensure high win rates %

- Ability and heart to let wrong deals go

- Ability to map the account (multiple stakeholders) and run the deal to successful closure & launch

- Strong listening skills and ability to conduct consultative sales / probabilistic sales

Responsibilities:

- Map industry, competition and clients to close short term - long term targets

- Ability to develop a sales approach to complete annual targets, broken into monthly numbers.

- Very high % of deal participated to win ration

- Very high navigation and people skills to drive sales team and take quick / tough decisions as needed in best interest of business (fail first, fail fast, learn & deliver)

- Use CRM tools adequately and ensure proper follow-up

- Responsible to lead solutions, proposals and negotiations with clients to ensure closure.

Key success metrics for this role

1. Net new sales

- Number of deals / accounts won

- ACV & revenue

- Hygiene and ways of working

MUST Skills:

- Minimum of 1 - 4 years of experience leading sales teams

- Lead high value sales with long cycles and multiple stakeholders

- Eye for deal identification, qualification and a strategy to increase win rate %

- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills

- Willingness to roll up the sleeves and demonstrate a "get the job done at all cost" attitude

- Very strong Listening Skills

Budget - max to max 25 lacs per annum and not beyond that.
