- Post MBA 5-8 years of experience. MBA is must.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage policy and program management for Benefits related activities including Retirement (PF, Gratuity) Insurance and Car Lease Scheme etc.

Metrics and Reporting and Expense tracking

- Manage finances and governance

- Ability to understand budget processes, vendor commercial structures and financial reconciliations/reporting.
