Responsibilities includes: 

1. Adherence project management standards,

2. Keeping management apprised of progress and risks,

3. Partnering and communicating effectively with other project team members, and executing the function efficiently, accurately and timely on each client project.

4. You will need to have solid understanding of benefits.

5. Understand end-end benefit administration.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Deep understanding of current and future client needs

- Willing to solve unique problems

- Acts as a strategic business partner with consultants and Business Analysts to ensure that client needs drive the products, services and solutions

Operational Management : 

- Support team in req understanding- preempt questions - follow best practice of using BDS

- Evaluation checklist

- Support team in understanding workarounds for complex scenarios- Oversee pre-UAT, UAT and pre-live checks. Support the data load process - prepare team to test on live data

- Drive Project closure connects - with Data

Innovation/Creativity :

- Create a climate in which new approaches are not only welcomed but expected from everyone in the team to continuously improve overall performance

- Able to deal with ambiguity & challenge the status quo.

- Identify and deploy automations for config and testing leading to efficient

Communication:

- Organize project related meetings and follow-up after meetings: Produces clear actions/minutes from meetings and circulates accordingly

- Own communication on projects/client assigned: pro-actively inform project stakeholders about status of work, including development changes, scheduling, and quality goals.

Growth/Development:

- New topics: be able to perform research of any work related topics for projects or meetings using internal tools

- Seeks out opportunities for self to be assigned to different projects to demonstrate and develop new and existing skills

- Seeks development by reaching to a mentor or colleagues who can provide advice, direction and share insights on various parts of the projects you are assigned

Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- An eye for detail - good logical and numerical reasoning

- Fast learner with the ability to pick up new tasks quickly

- Domain: Sound understanding of Health benefits and end-end benefit administration

- Process/Project Management

- Demonstrates strong MS Project skills & experience and advanced MS Office Skills

- Proven ability to successfully manage projects of varying complexity.

- Ability to operate/ navigate in a multi-cultural business environment

- Quantitative, fact-based approach to decision making

- Demonstrated financial acumen and commercial mind-set

- Lean Six Sigma and/ or Project Management certification preferred.

- Proven Stakeholder and Vendor management skills

- Effective Time management, analytical and problem solving skills;

- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong customer focus and detail oriented

 - Demonstrates strong management skills required to lead teams in achievement of goals and objectives
