- Marketing Available Consultants in different information technology job roles.
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages and extending offers.
- Using online tools (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and social networking websites like LinkedIn, and Facebook for sourcing Clients and candidates
- Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, Green Card, US citizens
- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in the USA
- Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing
- Be accountable for revenue targets
- Client relationship management
- Well-versed with the tax terms like W2 / 1099 / Corp to Corp
- Knowledge of the latest software technologies
- Experience in working on both contract positions VMS model and Direct reqs ( IT & Non-IT)
- Ability to maintain and build candidate databases and pipelines
- The position requires understanding and prioritizing job descriptions, screening profiles, scheduling / coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and other post-interview processes.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates. Submit qualified candidates and respond to client concerns
- Working directly with vendors and also with direct clients.
- Utilize all internal recruiting technology systems to track all
- Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new businesses
Required Experience: Must be able to Negotiate Salary / Wage Rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment
