We are looking for a candidates who is well-versed in Bench Sales (US Staffing).  Here you got for the detailed Job Description below.  Job Description.  Should have interest in Bench Sales (Marketing US IT Consultants)  Knowledge on W2, Corp to Corp, 1099 (US tax terms)  Following the complete marketing cycle (some of the strategies like searching & applying for requirements in job portals such as Dice, Monster, C2C etc.., Linkedin, Vendor contacts etc)  Following up with the vendors/companies for the applied requirements and coordinating with the candidate/consultant/Job seeker in order to schedule a call between the vendor and the candidate to get  Candidates resume submitted for the applied job.  Must be able to negotiate rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.  Must have broad overall knowledge of technical terminology  Should be able to Establish and maintain relationships with top tier 1/preferred vendors to stay abreast of current and future technical hiring and Client needs.  Must be an exceptional team player with excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills  Utilize sourcing expertise through cold calling, Social networking, internet resources, referrals, applicant tracking system, as well as other creative methods for attracting high performers.
