We are a high-growth, VC-funded startup. As we scale rapidly, we're seeking a strategic and seasoned CFO to join our dynamic team.

About Fabrication Bazar: Fabrication Bazar (www.fabricationbazar.com) serves as a comprehensive, all-in-one platform catering to diverse industrial-level steel fabrication needs. The platform offers complete solutions encompassing design, fabrication, quality assurance, and timely delivery. Operating on an asset-light business model, Fabrication Bazar effectively addresses the capacity under-utilization issue for small and medium-sized fabrication vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

2. To oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting financial reporting & compliances.

3. To provide leadership and direction to the finance & accounts team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

4. To monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

5. To manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to support business operations and growth initiatives.

6. To evaluate and optimized cost structure of the company.

7. To explore & optimise supply chain financing options- optimizing procurement, inventory control and vendors management.

8. To evaluate and manage financial risk, including liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and foreign exchange risk.

9. To lead financial planning and analysis, including scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and investment appraisal.

10. To raise capital through equity & debt in accordance with business plan and evaluate measures to reduce cost of capital.

11. To establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

12. Managing a zero-tolerance environment for internal controls, corporate governance and statutory compliances, sharing reports with the Board Audit Committee and maintaining a high-quality governance environment

13. To control, manage & ensure timely finalization and auditing (Internal & Statutory both) of accounts, monthly & Quarterly P&L, B/S, Tax Audits etc.

14. Responsibility for all financial aspects , processes and Controls and financially relevant matters of Ben & Gaws.

15. Responsible for statutory , tax and internal audits of the Company.

16. Responsible for the legal compliance of the Company pertaining to corporate taxation and Companies Act. , Risk Mitigation and controls.

17. Responsible for the Treasury , Accounting, Controlling , project controlling and Capex functions of the Company.

18. Financial responsibility (optimisation, entering transaction data and additions) for the modules of ERP system.

19. Developing the assigned department in line with the agreed targets and the overall strategy and objectives. Ensuring that the Company targets are achieved and adhered to.

20. Creating a training and qualification concept for the department and ensuring that the employees in the department are continually trained and improve their qualifications.

21. Central contact person for all financially relevant general matters.

22. Ensuring regular communication within the assigned department.

Location - Okhla, New Delhi

Qualifications & Skills:

- Qualified CA/ or CA with MBA. 15+ years of post-qualification experience, with at least the last 5 years in functional leadership capacity

- Experience with Manufacturing Company will be valued

- Indian Chartered Accountant or equivalent

- Outstanding knowledge of Accounting principles and procedures

- Hands on experience on finance systems (NetSuite etc),Business applications (Excel, PPT, etc)

- Experience in managing the Internal financial controls, interpreting the accounting policies & procedures in turn to facilitate internal financial control.

- Experience with creating financial statements and general ledgers

- Self driven, hands on with a transformation mindset.
